JOHANNESBURG - National Assembly Speaker Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula's lawyer Stephen May says there's not enough evidence for a reasonable prospect of conviction.
Mapisa-Nqakula will find out on Tuesday if her urgent court application to block her arrest has been successful or not.
She wants to be summoned to court, rather than being arrested.
Mapisa-Nqakula faces 12 charges of fraud and corruption.
