WATCH | Lusikisiki remembers 18 shooting victims

LUSIKISIKI - A memorial service for the victims of the Lusikisiki shootings will take place on Sunday. 

Despite promises from police, no arrests have been made in connection with the killing of 18 people. Fifteen of the deceased were women.

The motive for this horrific act is still unknown.

The South African Morning Anchor Masego Rahlaga spoke to Zukile Kani, HOD of the Department of Community Safety in Eastern Cape.
