JOHANNESBURG - South Africans are waiting to know how the government will be formed as coalition discussions continue.

Daily Maverick's Ferial Haffajee says a Canadian and Turkish-style ‘confidence and supply’ agreement is possible.

This will mean that the ANC would run the executive and the DA and IFP controlling the legislature.

A partnership with the EFF and MK Party has also not been ruled out by the ANC.

Haffajee explains how it would work.
