HAMMANSKRAAL - Residents of Hammanskraal say they have had enough of government’s empty promises to deliver safe drinking water.
The Water and Sanitation Department says clean water will only be delivered by June 2025.
This is due to construction delays at the Klipdrift wastewater treatment works.
A cholera outbreak in 2023 claimed the lives of over 40 people with government promising urgent intervention.
