JOHANNESBURG - As South Africa grapples with a high unemployment rate, job creation is one of the key issues that the battle for votes will be fought over.

Al Jama-Ah, the party of Johannesburg mayor Kabelo Gwamanda, launched its election manifesto today in Lenasia, south of Johannesburg.

Its core focus is job creation, health, and security.
