WATCH | Confessions now admissible in main Meyiwa trial

JOHANNESBURG - After months of arguments in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial-within-a-trial, the High Court in Pretoria has ruled that confessions by accused #1 and #2 were made freely and voluntarily.

Judge Ratha Mokgoatlheng concluded that the accused were not coerced into signing prepared statements.
