WATCH | Blackouts still expected amid reprieve

JOHANNESBURG - The gradual coming together of the energy action plan’s ten-point focus area is yielding results.

This is according to Electricity Minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa, who says the plan's success is responsible for the country enjoying 13 blackout-free days and counting.
