WATCH | Appeal court gives Magudumana a lifeline

JOHANNESBURG - Dr Nandipha Magudumana isn't giving up on her fight for freedom and she's been given a lifeline by the Supreme Court of Appeal.

It's allowing her to appeal a High Court decision that dismissed her bid to have her arrest and deportation declared unlawful and set aside.

Magudumana is facing several charges linked to Thabo Bester’s elaborate escape from a Mangaung prison.
