DURBAN - The Hawks in KwaZulu-Natal have arrested two people for allegedly defrauding the justice department of close to R18-million.
Hawks spokesperson Simphiwe Mhlongo says the suspects will appear in court on Tuesday.
Mhlongo says they will ensure everyone involved is brought to book.
