JOHANNESBURG - Tshwane residents are growing frustrated over the coalition chaos in their metro.

The constant leadership changes have stalled service delivery and processes to get the capital back on track.

Despite numerous complaints and assurances from local authorities, residents grapple with unexpected power cuts, water shortages and erratic waste collection.
