Police spokesperson Athlenda Mathe says the arrests come after a joint operation between SAPS, Serial and Electronic Crime Investigations unit, and the US Department of Homeland Security.
One of the suspects is an over 60-year-old British man, who is in South Africa illegally.
The suspect is also facing a charge of bestiality for engaging in sexual acts with the animal.
