JOHANNESBURG - A Springs hospital is once again being accused of mishandling bodies.
The Far East Rand Hospital is accused of handing over decomposed remains to families and undertakers.
This is the second time in three years there have been such complaints.
Patients and visitors also complain of unpleasant smells in corridors leading to casualty and surgical wards.
Staff say the facility is deteriorating as there has been no permanent CEO for the past 10 years.
But, the hospital says it has no knowledge of families given rotting bodies or any complaints.
