JOHANNESBURG - Anger and tension in Tsakane in Ekurhuleni following the death of a Grade 1 pupil.
The pupil died on Tuesday after allegedly eating biscuits from a local spaza shop.
It's understood the pupil fell gravely ill later while in class at Mandlethu Primary School.

Gauteng education officials are visiting the school and family to offer psycho-social support services.
Last year, five children died in Soweto in similar incidents.
Their deaths fueled controversy over the safety of these shops and prompted several closures.
