SOPA | KZN and WC premiers outline plans

DURBAN - KZN Premier Thami Ntuli has delivered his maiden State of the Province Address.

This is the first SOPA under the government of provincial unity led by the IFP, DA, ANC and NFP.

While over in the Western Cape, Premier Alan Winde outlined his provincial government’s five-year road map.
