JOHANNESBURG - The High Court in Pretoria has ruled that Mthobisi Mncube must be moved from solitary confinement at Kgosi Mampuru Correctional Centre.
Judge Jan Swanepoel, however, struck Fisokuhle Ntuli's matter off the roll due to lack of urgency.
Mncube and Ntuli are accused #3 and #5 in the Senzo Meyiwa murder case, and they had taken the Department of Correctional Services to court over what they call "torture" behind bars.
