Second person arrested following Water and Sanitation DDG murder

JOHANNESBURG - Police have confirmed the arrest of a second person following the killing of Sello Machitje, the water and sanitation department deputy director.

He was found dead in Bekkersdal on Friday after going missing on 8 July.
