Sasol appoints new CEO

JOHANNESBURG - The chemicals and energy group, Sasol, has appointed a new CEO.

Simon Baloyi will take over from current CEO Fleetwood Grobler in April next year.

Baloyi joined the group in 2002 and is the executive vice president of energy operations and technology.

Sasol released this SENS announcement ahead of their AGM on Friday morning.

According to reports, there has been technical issues at the AGM and it has been canceled.
