JOHANNESBURG - Contractors responsible for the botched Beitbridge border fence will have to pay back the money.
They've lost an appeal to keep profits they made off the multi-million rand deal.
The companies won a tender to set up a fence between South Africa and Zimbabwe.

This was during the Covid-19 pandemic.
But soon after the wire mesh fence was erected, it began falling apart.
The contractors have now been ordered to pay back the R40-million in profits within 30 days.
