SA’s housing crisis | Poor squeezed out by Cape Town housing shortage

CAPE TOWN - Cape Town's housing shortage continues to affect thousands of low-income residents.

The City has in recent years signed off on 10,000 housing units on well-located land, but accessing the funding to build is a big concern.

An Urban Policy Researcher from non-profit organisation Ndifuna Ukwazi says this city is basically inside out.
