CAPE TOWN - While thousands of people living on and around the Cape Town central railway line, have been relocated, thousands more are awaiting resettlement.
Prasa has promised that the entire corridor will be up and running by the end of this year but to do this, land needs to be acquired to accommodate those who illegally settled along the tracks during the height of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
11 stations were affected and are unable to operate.
