HAMMANSKRAAL - The Hammanskraal community is calling on the City of Tshwane to address the municipal workers’ strike.
Residents say the action is impacting service delivery.
It's also delaying upgrades to the Rooiwal Water Treatment Plant.
The community is battling a water crisis, which saw at least 23 people die in a recent cholera outbreak.
Meanwhile, the City of Tshwane says it's addressing the Hammanskraal water crisis.
MMC for Utility Services Themba Fosi says they’re capacitating other water treatment plants while they fix the Rooiwal Plant.
