JOHANNESBURG - Electricity Minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa is adamant rolling blackouts will end.
This as Eskom implements Stage 5 power cuts until further notice.
There have been concerns of Eskom losing skilled and experienced people over the years.
Ramokgopa admits it's proving difficult to recruit them back.
"We would want more people coming into this organisation.
"What repels people from coming in or leaving is because of the cloud that everyone wearing an Eskom badge is incompetent or corrupt," he said.
