Remains of 49 freedom fighters return home

PRETORIA - The plane carrying the remains of 49 freedom fighters who died in exile has touched down at the Waterkloof Air Force Base in Pretoria.

Families are overcome with mixed emotions, as they can finally lay their loved ones to rest.

Defence Minister Angie Motshekga and Sports, Minister Gayton McKenzie are receiving the remains.
