Relief as Apex Court rules eviction's unconstitutional
CAPE TOWN - The Constitutional Court has ruled the City of Cape Town’s implementation of the National Housing Programme in Woodstock was unconstitutional.

In a scathing judgment, the apex court barred the eviction of residents from their homes in Bromwell Street.
