JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa is celebrating the Springboks following their historic World Cup victory.
South Africa has become the first country to win the Rugby World Cup four times.

Ramaphosa says the slogan, Stronger Together is a belief that came alive for supporters across the country.
He’s also congratulated New Zealand for their fighting spirit in their World Cup campaign.
However, the President has made no mention of a public holiday for the Bok victory.
