Ramaphosa defends bloated GNU cabinet

CAPE TOWN - President CyrilRamaphosa, has used his response to parliamentarians after debating his Presidency's budget, to defend his decision to have a bloated cabinet.

The size of the executive has been widely criticised, as many in it had advocated that it be reduced.
