JOHANNESBURG - The prosecution says it'll prove that former KPMG employee, Fidelis Moema, siphoned money meant for deserving students into his own bank accounts.
He was back in the Palm Ridge Magistrates Court today, seeking bail.
The prosecution says Moema defrauded the Auditing firm of over 16-million-rand.
The fraudulent transactions in question were made between 2021 and 2022.
Two more people joined him in the dock.
State Prosecutor, Veronica Dube, has told the court of Moema's modus operandi.
