PREVIEW | Meyiwa murder trial resumes, confessions to take centre stage

PRETORIA - Were confessions of Senzo Meyiwa's murder given by two of the accused made freely and voluntarily?

That's the question the High Court in Pretoria will grapple with as the trial within a trial resumes on Monday.

The court is trying to determine whether those confessions can be used as evidence in the main trial.

The state is expected to call two more witnesses before wrapping up its case.

But it remains to be seen who the defence will call as it is set to present its case afterwards.
