PRETORIA - President Cyril Ramaphosa has made changes to his Cabinet.
Thembi Simelane, who has been under fire for possible links to the VBS Bank scandal, has been moved from Justice to Human Settlements.
In a straight swap Mmamoloko Kubayi, moves from her position as Human Settlements Minister to become Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development.

Phumzile Mgcina, has been appointed Deputy Minister of Mineral and Petroleum Resources. And Judith Nemadzinga-Tshabalala will be the new Deputy Minister of Employment and Labour.
The changes are effective immediately.
According to a statement, these changes are to ensure the effectiveness of cabinet in delivering its mandate.
