PA institutes legal action to interdict Chidimma from competing in Miss SA

JOHANNESBURG - The Patriotic Alliance has instituted urgent legal action against Chidimma Adetshina and Miss South Africa in order to prevent her from participating in the pageant. 

The PA says that they hope the matter will be heard in court on Saturday the 10th August.

Miss SA organisers are yet to announce if Adetshina is still in contention.

This after Home Affairs found evidence her mother MAY have committed fraud and 'identity theft' in obtaining South African citizenship.

The department says it's considering legal action after it concludes investigations.
