Oscar Pistorius parole | Steenkamp family comments on parole news

PRETORIA - Oscar Pistorius was released from Pretoria’s Atteridgeville Correctional Centre on Friday.

It comes nearly 11 years after he murdered his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, on Valentine’s day in 2013. 

In a statement Reeva Steenkamp’s mother, June, says her only desire is that she will be allowed to live my last years in peace, with her focus remaining on the Reeva Steenkamp Foundation.
