JOHANNESBURG - The Congolese national accused of assault and torture at the Zanzou Pretoria nightclub, is back in court today for his bail application.
During his last appearance earlier this month, the state requested a postponement.
It was to allow the seventh victim to participate in an identity parade.

In February, shocking videos of patrons being tortured at the nightclub went viral on social media.
The 41-year-old Congolese national was arrested in Yeoville, Johannesburg, and is one of at least eight suspects being sought by police.
The state is expected to oppose his bail application.
