Nzimande disputes Winde's Western Cape unemployment claims

CAPE TOWN - Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande has lashed out at Western Cape Premier Alan Winde.

Nzimande took Winde to task in the SONA debate, or saying his province has done much better than others, in fighting unemployment.
