JOHANNESBURG - Ntokozo Zikhali has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the rape and murder of a nine-year-old girl.
Zikhali was initially arrested for the murder and kidnapping of Bokgabo Poo (4).
He was found not guilty of Poo's murder earlier this week.

Poo was raped and murdered and her mutilated body was found in Tamboville on the East Rand.
Meanwhile, Police Commissioner Elias Mawela says the unit is checking what went wrong in the Poo murder case.
Mawela says the detectives are still on the case.
