PRETORIA - New Tshwane Mayor Nasiphi Moya says she will be a mayor for all Tshwane residents.
Moya says her executive will put residents of Tshwane first.
She was elected mayor on Wednesday.
Moya defeated the previous mayor Cilliers Brink after ActionSA received the backing of the ANC.
