JOHANNESBURG - Former EFF MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi says his suspension was unconstitutional and led to him leaving the party.
Ndlozi resigned as an EFF member after representing the party in Parliament for over 10 years.

It follows months of speculation after he was a no-show at the EFF's elective conference, the National People's Assembly in December.
Ndlozi said that his suspension did not rely on the party's constitution.
He maintains that he did not intend to join the MK Party.
