N3 fully open to traffic after heavy snowfall

KWAZULU-NATAL - Mop-up operations continues on the N3 as the route between Johannesburg and Durban reopens.

It was closed between the Tugela Plaza and Harrismith after a severe snowstorm.

Thousands were trapped in their vehicles for hours, and two died of hypothermia.
