JOHANNESBURG - The case against controversial blogger Musa Khawula has been postponed to 29 January for a bail application.
This was heard when Khawula appeared before the Randburg Magistrate Court on Tuesday.
He faces charges of crimen injuria, violating Section 19 of the Cybercrimes Act and hate speech.

The allegations state that he shared defamatory comments on his widely followed social media platform between 10 and 12 October 2024, to harm, injure, or undermining the dignity of a businessman.
Gauteng NPA spokesperson Phindi Mjonondwana says that Khawula has two other impending cases one in the Western Cape on a charge of murder and a case of reckless and negligent driving in Fochville, Gauteng.
