JOHANNESBURG - It seems the post election violence in Mozambique is far from over.
Opposition leader Venancio Mondlane has called on his supporters to take to the streets again.
Mondlane says Frelimo's decision to exclude him from negotiations is a declaration of war.

In a statement, he accuses the ruling party of bribing other opposition leaders to form a fraudulent government.
Mondlane recently returned to Mozambique after two months of self imposed exile.
