Moroadi Cholota's bid for charges to be withdrawn dismissed

BLOEMFONTEIN - The Free State High Court has dismissed Ace Magashule's former PA Moroadi Cholota's bid to have charges withdrawn.

The court has also dismissed Cholota's bid to have her extradition from the US declared unconstitutional and invalid.

She faces charges of fraud, money laundering and corruption related to a R255 million Free State asbestos contract.
