DURBAN - The SA Weather Service is warning of more disruptive rains in KwaZulu-Natal.
It has issued a level-five warning.
That province has been battered by heavy downpours --which triggered floods and caused damage to infrastructure.
At least 13 people have lost their lives.
Meanwhile, disaster management teams are on standby in eThekwini and other high-risk areas.
Lehlohonolo Thobela from the Weather Service spoke with eNCA.
