EAST LONDON - Spar has recalled Top Score instant porridge.
This is after three children, aged between one and four, died in East London, of suspected food poisoning.
Authorities said a fourth child was also admitted to a hospital following Friday’s incident but was later discharged.
Reports suggest the children died after consuming the instant porridge.
