PRETORIA - Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula is expected to appear in the Pretoria magistrate's court.
That's after the former National Assembly Speaker was processed at Lyttelton Police Station in Centurion on Thursday morning.
Mapisa-Nqakula resigned as National Assembly Speaker and as Member of Parliament while facing corruption allegations.
She's accused of receiving bribes when she was Defence Minister.
She says her resignation is not an admission of guilt.
