EAST LONDON - EFF leader Julius Malema has lost his bid to have his firearms trial struck off the court roll.
He's facing charges after he fired a gun during the party's birthday celebrations in the Eastern Cape in 2018.
He and his co-accused, Adriaan Snyman, wanted all charges dropped due to a lack of evidence.
Malema argued the state had no evidence and witness statements were incoherent.
