BLOEMFONTEIN - Nandipha Magudumana cried in court while her affidavit was read into the record.
She is applying for bail in the Bloemfontein magistrate's court.
She previously reserved her right to bail pending a bid to have her arrest and deportation declared unlawful.
Magudumana's lawyer told the court that she can afford bail to the amount of R10,000.
In the affidavit, Magadumana said she doesn't intend to live as a fugitive and will not evade her trial.
