JOHANNESBURG - Winter weather keeps coming back and once again several provinces in South Africa are facing heavy snowfall and rain.
The South African Weather Service has raised a level 5 warning for the Breede Vally and Witzenberg regions in the Western Cape.

There’s also a level 4 warning for snowfall in the Cape Winelands, and the Little and Central Karoo.
