BOKSBURG - The collapse of coalition governments across the country continues to dominate political discourse.
ANC Secretary-General Fikile Mbalula says South Africa's worsening service delivery challenge can be attributed to unstable coalition governments.

Speaking at the party's NEC meeting in Boksburg, Mbalula called for legislation to stabilise coalitions.
"We need to work with everybody and institutionalise, in terms of legislation, coalition governments and how they should actually happen in our country," he said.
