CAPE TOWN - The trial of alleged underworld boss Nafiz Modack has been delayed due to legal representation.
The Legal Aid Board says there are no resources to represent Modack and three of his co-accused.
So far, some of the accused have pleaded not guilty to charges of fraud, corruption, contravening the Provision of Organised Crime Act and some of the murders they are being charged with.
Judge Robert Henney has ordered that come 15 February he wants all the accused represented.
eNCA's Ayesha Ismail is tracking the case and brings us this update in the video above.
