DURBAN - KwaZulu Natal's Finance MEC says the province is spending billions on travel for government officials.
Francois Rodgers re-tabled the province’s budget on Thursday, with education, health and transport getting the lion's share of funds, while some grants have been reduced.
Rodgers argues that the province has no money and the way things are done, needs to change.
However, some opposition parties have questioned his decisions on the budget allocations.
