Kodwa matter postponed to 24 October

JOHANNESBURG - Former Sport, Arts and Culture Minister Zizi Kodwa and businessman Jehan Mackay will be back in court on 24 October following a short appearance on Thursday morning.

Mackay wants his charges dropped and  Kodwa has also made representations to have charges dropped against him.

The pair are accused of engaging in corrupt activities involving bribes amounting to nearly R1.7-million.

Both accused are currently out on R30,000 bail each.
